CNC Turning Centers
Below are listed all of the CNC turning centers that LSM currently owns with a representative picture of each model.  All machines are of excellent quality as maintenance is a priority.  We subscribe to the mantra that one cannot expect quality output from a poorly maintained machine.
Mori-Seiki SL-15
                            

There are 5 of these machines ranging in year from 1987 to 1989.  4 of the machines are mated to a semi-automatic hydraulic bar-feeder.  Click above thumbnail for a representative photograph of one of these machines.  Our employees still remark as to how well these machines hold tolerances.
Mori-Seiki NL-1500
                               

There are 3 of these machines ranging in year from 2004 to 2005.  All machines are mated to an Iemca CNC Boss 542 automatic bar-feeder.  Click above thumbnails for a representative photograph of one of these machines.  These machines feature an oil-cooled spindle for enhanced tolerances.
Mori-Seiki Frontier
                            

There are 7 of these machines ranging in year from 1994 to 1997.  All machines are mated to an Iemca CNC Boss 542 automatic bar-feeder.  Click above picture for a representative photograph of one of these machines.
Mazak Quick-Turn 100
